Modern Function, Natural Flow: Transforming Office 3 at 79 West

The 79 West Office 3 project in Pittsboro presented a unique opportunity to merge polished functionality with the natural ethos of the Lee-Moore Capitol Company brand. Our goal was to design a dynamic co-working space that encourages productivity and adaptability, while reflecting the company’s commitment to thoughtful, sustainable development.

Through a balanced palette of warm woods, geometric accents, and soft textures, we created a grounded yet elevated environment that supports collaboration without compromising comfort. Flexible conference table layouts, acoustic-friendly felt display tiles, and a custom video conferencing hub were integrated to enhance operational flow and professionalism. The addition of an outdoor bistro set invites moments of calm and connection, reinforcing that productivity and well-being can coexist beautifully in design.

Every element was considered not just for its visual appeal, but for how it supports efficiency, clarity, and a positive work experience.
