The 79 West Office Project transformed a standard commercial office into a welcoming, personality-driven advisory space that balances professionalism with comfort. Designed to support meaningful client interactions, the layout was reimagined to reflect both Patrick’s individual style and the practical needs of his daily workflow.
The new floor plan introduces clearly defined zones for focused work, collaboration, and relaxation. A modern workspace with a curated video-call backdrop anchors the room, while a rounded conference table with rolling chairs encourages open, conversational meetings. A comfortable lounge area with a statement sofa and bar cart adds a relaxed hospitality element, and a furnished outdoor patio extends the office beyond its walls—offering a place to recharge or work in fresh air.
Throughout the space, bold yet refined design choices bring personality to the forefront. Layered textures, calming blue tones, expressive art, and curated details—such as a sneaker display—add depth and individuality while maintaining a polished, professional feel. The result is a space that feels confident, approachable, and distinctly personal—an office that leaves a lasting impression while supporting productivity and connection.
