This Hargrove project was a masterclass in designing for both aesthetics and analytics. Our brief was clear: convert a large, single-family home in Hargrove into a high-performing Airbnb that comfortably hosts groups and families — a reliably lucrative segment in the local short-term rental market.

From day one, every design choice balanced booking appeal with operational efficiency. We landed on a bold-yet-neutralized color palette so listing photography pops in the feed while remaining universally appealing. The open-concept main level was dressed with large, low-profile furnishings to maximize perceived space and seating, creating clean sightlines for photography and flexible lounging for larger groups.

Bedrooms were composed as individual visual moments: distinct, photographable, and highly adaptable. A family-focused bunk room was specified with robust finishes, thoughtful storage, and layered lighting so it photographs beautifully by day and reads cozy by night. The primary suite was planned to be the listing’s story anchor — calm tones, generous windows, and spa-forward finishes that photograph as a restful retreat. Throughout the home we layered texture, sculptural art, and hospitality-forward styling to increase visual richness — these are the details that create scroll-stopping thumbnails, improve click-through rates, and support higher nightly pricing. Materials and finishes were chosen for hospitality-grade durability so beautiful design also reduces replacement costs and speeds turnovers.

We stretched the guest experience outdoors by curating porch and lounge areas to support both relaxed family mornings and lively social evenings. These outdoor rooms were intentionally Instagram-able — balanced group seating, ambient lighting, and photo-ready focal points — because social content drives organic bookings and repeat stays. Practical outdoor programming (zoned seating, weather-proof textiles, and flexible dining setups) makes the property equally appealing for casual breakfasts or celebratory dinners.

Operational thinking was integrated into the design from the start. The kitchen was specified and organized for group cooking and quick cleanups, storage was oversized and clearly labeled for guest ease, and we integrated smart locks, clear wayfinding, and streamlined linen systems to speed turnovers.
