Terra Haus

Terra Haus is a large single-family home in Durham. The owner wanted it to compete for group and family bookings, one of the strongest segments in the Durham short-term rental market.

We chose a bold but neutral palette that photographs well and appeals to a wide range of guests. The open living area got large, low-profile furniture so sightlines stay clear and the room reads as spacious in listing photos.

Each bedroom has its own look. The bunk room is built for families with kids, and the primary suite carries the listing headline. Layered textures and art give every room a reason to be photographed, and the porch and lounge areas are set up for guests to gather and share.
