Hargrove Haven
Full vacation-rental design and install for a large group home.
Hargrove Haven is a large single-family home the owner converted into an Airbnb for groups and families. We handled the full vacation-rental install.
The main level is open, with large, low-profile furniture. The family bunk room uses durable finishes, extra storage and layered lighting. The primary suite keeps to calm tones and spa-style finishes so it reads as the retreat of the house.
Operations got as much attention as looks. The kitchen is organized for group cooking and fast cleanup. Oversized, labeled storage, smart locks, wayfinding signs and a simple linen system make turnovers quicker for the cleaning team. Outside, zoned seating, ambient lighting and weather-resistant textiles give groups room to spread out.
