Color Pop Cottage
Bold color and rental-friendly upgrades with a boutique feel.
The Color Pop Cottage in Cary was built to stand out in search results. The owner wanted personality without a big renovation budget.
We used rich navy and sage, sculptural lighting and artwork chosen for each wall. Faux marble finishes, easy-care textiles and simple storage keep it practical for a rental. Outside, statement seating and privacy screens turned the patios into usable rooms.
Every upgrade was picked to hold up to guests and pay back the owner over time.
