Chapel Hill Retro Duplex

This modest duplex sits on a leafy street in Chapel Hill. It had mid-century bones and a lot of personality, so we leaned into the retro character instead of erasing it.

Moody black tile and soft gray cabinetry refresh the kitchen, and a vintage-style fridge became the room's focal point. Layered wood floors warm the palette, while playful accents and art give each room its own surprise.
